Sailboat on Resurrection Bay in Alaska

A lone sailboat makes its way through Resurrection Bay toward the open waters of the North Pacific Ocean, dwarfed by the coastal mountains of Alaska. All the years I spent on sailboats in the Midwest and yet I could never imagine what it would be like to navigate the cold ocean waters along this coastline with peaks and glaciers all around. Small and isolated is the feeling I get from this shot. (Seward, Alaska)
