The Wendy Anne, an 85-ton, 71-foot Army tugboat launched in 1950, entering Round Lake Channel from Lake Michigan after passing the Charlevoix South Pier Lighthouse . Today, the Wendy Anne delivers freight and dry goods to St. James Harbor on Beaver Island, 20 miles offshore. (Charlevoix, Michigan)
